- MOQ: Minimum order quantity varies by product type and customisation requirements.
- Lead Time: Production timelines are shared per order and depend on quantity and design complexity.

- Payment Terms: 50% advance to confirm order; balance payable before dispatch.
- Order Confirmation: Production begins upon receipt of advance payment and final design approval.
- Changes: Any changes after confirmation may affect pricing and delivery timelines.
- Custom Orders: For bespoke requirements or offline orders, please contact us for a tailored quote.
Retail Terms
- Pricing: Prices are fixed per piece at the point of purchase.
Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
Returns: All sales are final; no refunds unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
Product Variation: As each piece is made from natural fibres, slight variations in texture and finish may occur.
Care: Gentle use recommended to maintain product quality and longevity.
Delivery
- Savvie delivers to all locations within Singapore and internationally.
- Dispatch in 4-5 weeks, as we operate on a made‑to‑order basis, producing only the units requested to cut waste and keep inventory levels low.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided upon checkout.
- Delivery rates for domestic and international shipping may vary by carrier.
Local Shipping
The Savvie crew will get to work packing your order as soon as you place it.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package. Additional services may affect the final rate. You’ll always see the best-value option.
- We are unable to change delivery addresses once the order is confirmed. Please double-check that Google has not auto-filled a different address than your preferred delivery address.

DELIVERY AND TRACKING
We send orders via EasyParcel selected couriers, which can take from 1 – 10 days within Singapore if the product is ready stocked and without customisation. Please allow a few extra days for delivery during busy sale periods.
Tracking information of your order will be sent to your email once your shipment has been dispatched.
International Shipping
- For international orders, Easyparcel helps us calculate duties and taxes upfront. No surprise fees—just transparent pricing.
Australia, Thailand, Taiwan, Brunei, Vietnam, Cambodia, Japan, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Indonesia, Myanmar, South Korea, and Hong Kong. - You can expect to receive your parcel within 4 -5 weeks from the date of order placed, as some premium products are based on pre-order and customisation.
- Tracking information of your order will be sent to your email once your shipment has been dispatched.
- Customs & Import Charge: Import duties are charged once the package reaches your destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
- Unfortunately, SAVVIE does not have control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
Shipping Provider
By default, domestic orders are shipped via Easyparcel delivery service with tracking and delivery confirmation.
Return Policy
- Return policy is applicable for non-customised products.
- We offer refund services only if the goods are faulty. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged.
- Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
- If the item you received is damaged, please write to us at helloteam@savvieonline.com as soon as possible. Faulty returns are valid within 7 days of receiving your purchased items.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 21 working days.
- The method of refund will be treated on a case-by-case basis and discussed with you before crediting your account.
- Please note that credit/debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete, subject to processing times depending on the bank.
- This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
- Customers are required to bear the shipping costs for returns of faulty goods. You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at SAVVIE.

Returns Policy For Custom Items
- There is no refund option for custom-made items, as the goods are produced according to the customer’s requirements and are deemed unsaleable. The customers may contact and notify us if any issues arise. We will take the necessary procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Cancellations
- We accept cancellations just as long as your order is not custom in nature, is not in production, and has not been shipped yet.
- Please NOTE that you will not be refunded the full amount once payment has been made.
- SAVVIE will not be responsible for any shipping delays, damage in transit, or loss of parcel, including duty fees/ taxes, as this is the customer’s responsibility.
